This is just one of the many of these plants out there.
Clouds were starting to come in and the sky wasn't the greatest, but we had fun anyway. We took the windows out of the front and got blown really good, but boy can you see out then.
After supper we were sitting on the porch and decided to take another short drive. We took Castle Valley Drive out to where it turns into a gravel road. We drove on to Round Mountain and then followed one of the several roads back to the LaSal Loop Road and then home. We had a great day. Can't wait to do it again. Didn't take any photos as it was after sunset down in the valley.

I really like that plant shot, it looks neat! I'm glad you guys are enjoy exploring around your new home so much, can't wait to see it all myself, it really is beautiful up there.
We can't wait for you to come either. You and Nathan will have fun exploring with us. Your Dad love to go in the Jeep.
What a fun Sunday drive, probably not much traffic either.
We didn't have any traffic on the trails. Saw a few vehicles on the River Road but that was all. Didn't meet any cattle or other animals either.
Haha.. traffic... I hit more traffic pulling out of my driveway that they do driving to Grand Junction
Traffic? It not almost terrifies me to drive to SLC? I'm not used to traffic anymore. Love my laid back life here in Castle Valley. However, there is going to be a parade of old cars & hotrods down the LaSal Loop Road on 4-25. We'll have to go over to see it and that will be traffic enough for more.
