Eileen flew to Utah on the 4th of July and then drove to Castle Valley with Scott and Madison on the 5th. The garage materials were being delivered and so Oakwood Homes also planned a walk thru to get started on any things that might be wrong. This is the house as it sits on the property.
This photo was taken out of the living room window. You can now see why we wanted to move here. What a view to wake up to every day!
The photo was taken out of the kitchen window. It's not bad either. This is Porcupine Rim. There is a trail up to this for 4 wheel drives and you can drive across it. Which Rick plans to do some day.
You can also see our well capped off in the foreground. They are to start the interior work next week and also get going on the utilities. However, with temps. in the 100's not sure how much will get done. That is what is slowing the exterior work.

Well when me and Nathan make it up there we would love to go out 4-wheel exploring with you! You guys have wonderful views from your house. Can't wait to come visit!

Jerry, you'll have to get in line!
No fighting, you guys. We will have room for everyone. We may have to get the 2nd guest room furniture soon. But will have the one and the sofa/sleeper in the living room when we move. We'll order our new bed as soon as we move. So you can all come at the same time.
